Koke Cooperative - Honey micro lot 🇪🇹
Koke washing station is located in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, a region well recognised for the producers execptional quality. This family owned washing station is no different. They work together with 96 local small scale farmers who deliver carefully picked coffee berries and Koke is responsible for the post harvest processing. This micro lot is honey processed, meaning they used a significant period of their drying time with only the berry skin removed. The result gives and incredible sweetness to these aromatic varieties.
Notes to expect will be yuzu, cacao and honeydew melon.
