We have bought their washed AA lot of SL28 and SL34, being lovely juicy and has notes of blackberry, strawberry and blueberry.

    0:00 - 0:10 add 100g of water

    separated into a 50g spiral pour and 50g center pour

    0:45 - 0:55 add 100g of water

    separated into a 50g spiral pour and 50g center pour

    1:50 give the brewer a little shake to get the residual water out.
