Mutheka Cooperative has nearly 6000 active members, these farmers have an average of around 225 coffee trees each! The washing station Kiandu, located on the slopes of mount Kenya gets its deliveries of coffee cherries from 806 of these members.
We have bought their washed AA lot of SL28 and SL34, being lovely juicy and has notes of blackberry, strawberry and blueberry.

separated into a 50g spiral pour and 50g center pour
0:45 - 0:55 add 100g of water
separated into a 50g spiral pour and 50g center pour
1:50 give the brewer a little shake to get the residual water out.
Finished at 2:30
