Fidel Munyensanga - Washing station lot 🇷🇼
Originating from Bumbogo Coffee washing station in Gakenke District in Rwanda. Gankenke is an hour north west of the capital city Kigali. Founded in 2017 this newer washing station is growing greatly and doubled its production already in 2018. Now there's plenty of room on their 203 raised dryingbeds to make excellent coffee, as this district is reconised for already! Managed by Fidel Munyensanga and is used by 523 farmers and their families in the nearby area of endless hills. This coffee is a natural processed red bourbon.
Notes are earl grey, kumquat and honey.

12g coffee - medium/fine (20 clicks on the Comandante)
200ml total brew water
92° water
2:10 Target brew time
0:00 - 0:10 add 100g of water
separated into a 50g spiral pour and 50g center pour
0:45 - 0:55 add 100g of water
separated into a 50g spiral pour and 50g center pour
1:50 give the brewer a little shake to get the residual water out.
Finished at 2:10
